If you enjoy hiking in the Adirondacks and are self motivated this could be the position for you. 

Seasonal positions are available for this season in the following New York Town’s;

Arietta, Ausable, Benson ,Black Brook, Chester, Chesterfield, Horicon, Jay, Keene, Otter Lake, Preserve Associates ( Town Of Altamont), Schroon, Wells, and Wilmington.

 Free Training:

A thirty-hour New York State Department of Environmental Conservation approved certification course will be offered in March. This course will instruct our technicians to apply the biological larvicide Bti. to streams to control black fly populations.  Employees can become certified as either NYS DEC pesticide technicians or apprentices.

Interviews are held each year in late February.  Contact us for information and an application.

Field work starts in early April and continues through mid-June.
